Battery powered window air conditioner works directly on DC the use of all-DC components for highest efficiency. Brushless DC (BLDC) compressor and fans with all-DC circuitry and relays ensures maximum system efficiency with absolutely no inversion. Connect this unit directly to your 24 or 48 volt battery. Cools AND Heats. In Heat mode, outdoor temperature will have to be above 5°F (-15°C). Unit provides 2600 Watts of indoor heat whilst consuming only 500 watts. This air conditioner will provide you with the most cooling for each precious watt in your off grid solar or generator powered system. You are not looking for a big battery to run it only throughout daylight. It may be as simple as 2 car batteries for 24V.

Runs directly on 42-59 V DC Currect. Perfect for off grid or battery tied 48V solar systems. Unit has a red and black wire you connect DIRECTLY to your battery (use of breaker or fuse in between is encouraged). Simple, Protected & Efficient.
