Common problem:
1.There was no water leak, but an alarm was issued.
It can be because the water leak alarm is placed on the metal conductor, causing it to be triggered. Please place a piece of paper under the water leak alarm.
2.Water leaked and no alarm was issued.
One reason is that the leaking alarm is placed incorrectly. The leak alarm must be placed flat where it may leak. The buzzer hole is facing up and the probe is facing down so that the sensor (two contact metals) of the alarm is easily accessible. Another reason is that the battery voltage is too low,a new battery must be replaced.

Note:
Even if the water leak alarm only consumes the battery at the time of the alarm, it is recommended to replace the battery at least once every six months with a purpose to ensure proper function.
Before the alarm works, it may be tested first. Place the finger on the two metal probes under the water leakage alarm. If the water leakage alarm emits a flashing red light and a loud alarm sound, it indicates that it can work usually.
